There is nothing I love more than summer weekends; getaways are fun and relaxing but staying home in Jersey City to check out all the activities is my one of my favorite things to do. This saturday was jammed pack and I am beat!! Looking forward to mellowing out on this beautiful Sunday.

Pacific Flea

We started the day at the Pacific Flea: A flea market that happens once a month in the backyard of a former AMvets location that was renovated by a wonderful Jersey City couple. I do not want to give too much out because this visit ended up becoming it’s own writeup, so Stay Tuned!!

I got an amazing suit combo at this flea, the designer was actually a Jersey City local her name was Vera St John. I am amazed at all the talented people I get to discover on this journey!

Green Villain and Steve from Open Crates where spinning some funky beats! The combination of tunes and shopping is my perfect outing.

Union Republic

After all that perusing we got hungry and headed over to Union Republic for some brunch, we had the huevos rancheros and broth less ramen and the lovely UR people hooked us up with some creme brûlée! Delicieux! Did you guys see my post about this foodie spot?

Porto-Lounge 5th Year Anniversary

We were nice and full so we headed over to this fun block party! Marelyn Rivera an event planner organized this event, she did a fabulous job and she looked cute to boot!

Liz from Feena Boutique was there representing Portugal and brought her amazing pieces for the summer. Did you all see my post about this awesome shopping spot?

Vintage Vixen, Vera was also there selling her amazing vintage jewelry and accessories! I love Vera’s style and she is such a sweetheart! She is super stylish and sells amazing one of a kind vintage pieces…. I am not done with you Vera!!

 Damaged Wear was there representing, selling their “I Fucking Love Jersey City” T-shirts. Well I fucking love local Jersey City Designers!!

Love Cita was there too; selling amazing one of a kind pieces. She collaborated with local Artist/Stylish Peep Mark Finne to make these amazing 3D cuffs and clutches. They are so unique! I think I need to get my hands on one of them!!

Mia got in on the fun and was really working the crowd, I have a future dancer or MC on my hands! Watch out people!

Future Stylish Peep Mayor Steve Fulop was there representing! I usually have no problem approaching people but for some reason just couldn’t do it. I am dying to get him for a stylish peep post! Someone hook this shit up!

Art House Productions Presents Summer Blowout

We went home, put Mia to sleep, changed, grabbed our bikes and off we went to the Art House Productions Summer Blowout. It was the last party at the Hamilton Park location before they move to the Journal Square area. It was a blast!!! We drank, danced, mingled and I of course took a few pictures of the fun! Once the wine kicked in I got down on the dance floor to the amazing music of the “Defending Champions” , these guys rocked the house!

Wow what a day! Thank you to all the organizers and event planners, you guys rock!!
