This past Saturday, I was thrilled to experience my first ever candle making class by Wax Kandy.
Kimberly Sumpter, Owner and Operator of Wax Kandy, hosted her first Candles, Cocktails, and Conversations event. It was intimate, fun and heavenly (everyone picked amazing scents!). The conversations were definitely happening and it was great to see how candle making brought people together to share stories, experiences, impart knowledge and advice.
The Wax Kandy boutique was perfectly set and prepped. The lighting, mimosas, great background music and light refreshments all came together to make it a perfect class. First the ladies painted and decorated their wine glasses sometimes incorporating ribbons and glitter. Then they poured their scented heated wax. The results were beautiful.
This is such a great concept. A great way to relieve stress and have girl time!
