What are your dreams? Are you living them or have you put them on the shelf? If you are already living them, are you usually too stressed to fully enjoy? Are you contributing to someone else’s dream & too tired to attend to your own?
With a choice of December 29th or 30th, this stress release & Intention workshop is designed to assist you in aligning your Energies to reboot after the holidays & to set your Intention for 2019. For so many of us, the holidays can be both a time of extreme excitement, utter stress & burnout. Experience a 45-60 minute StressBusters Guided Meditation, a juicy Relaxing, Centering, Balancing session–take a moment to let things go & relax in a soothing, calming atmosphere. There will be refreshments & time to unwind & socialize with a small intimate group of like-minded souls. Space is very limited.
The second part of the workshop will be in setting Intention with the choice of creating a Vision Board or writing you affirmations, dreams & Intentions into a journal.
